Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be considered only before the Product has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
The Seller reserves the sole discretion to accept or reject cancellation requests.
2. Returns
Books once sold are non-returnable.
Return or refund requests shall be accepted only in the following cases:
- The Product is damaged during transit
- An incorrect Product is delivered
All return or refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery and must be supported by appropriate evidence.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds shall be processed only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Once a refund is approved and initiated, the amount shall be processed within 6–8 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking channels.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Minor packaging damage not affecting the Product
- Customer dissatisfaction unrelated to defects or damage
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
5. Final Authority
The Seller’s decision regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds shall be final and binding.
