All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes shall not affect confirmed orders.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. The Seller does not store or process payment card, UPI, or banking details.

The Seller shall not be responsible for payment failures, delays, or errors attributable to Razorpay, banks, or payment networks.

6. Order Confirmation

An order shall be deemed confirmed only upon successful payment and issuance of an order confirmation email. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment anomalies, or operational constraints.

7. Shipping and Delivery

The Product is shipped only within India. Shipping is free of charge.

Dispatch and delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistical factors. The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website is the intellectual property of the Seller or its licensors and is protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the Product.

The Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, the Seller reserves the right to suspend order fulfillment until resolution. The Seller’s records shall be considered final in determining transaction validity.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
